Leader Labs at BigStuf are interactive workshops specifically designed for leaders to enhance their skills throughout the year. Held during camp, these sessions focus on critical leadership areas such as building and sustaining volunteer teams, strategies for engaging youth groups, and balancing ministry with personal life. There are three Leader Lab sessions, each structured as a dynamic discussion rather than a traditional seminar. This format allows leaders to directly engage with experienced members of the BigStuf community, providing a collaborative environment for gaining practical insights and advice.
