You are responsible for providing information for each camp attendee (students and leaders) on your Rooming Form. This form helps us assign rooms based on your group’s male-to-female ratio. Your Rooming Form is due 30 days before the start of camp. A $100 late fee will apply if forms are submitted after the deadline. For any questions, contact us at registration@bigstuf.com.

Room assignments are made at our discretion. If you need additional rooms (e.g., for Safe Sanctuary or extra space for a youth pastor and spouse), there is an additional charge of $220 per night, subject to availability. If you require a Safe Sanctuary room, please email registration@bigstuf.com as soon as possible.

Room layouts:

• Rooms for 5 people: 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa, or 1 king bed, sleeper sofa, and rollaway.
• Rooms for 6 people: 2 double beds and a set of bunk beds.

Please note that not all rooms adjoin, and we cannot guarantee adjoining rooms.
