The BigStuf internship is an immersive summer experience where college students get the chance to create an incredible camp environment for middle and high schoolers while exploring their passion for ministry. It’s an opportunity to dive into a variety of roles—from production and rec games to leading small groups—while growing personally and spiritually. Each summer, we welcome a diverse group of interns from across the country, and by the end, you'll leave not only with new skills but also with a bunch of new friends (and maybe even lifelong ones). As an intern, you’ll play a vital part in the daily operations of BigStuf Camps and help make every moment unforgettable!
