How does rooming work for camp?

What is rooming?
You are responsible for entering information for each camp attendee (students and leaders) on your Rooming Form. We use this form to determine your group’s male-to-female ratio and assign rooms accordingly. The Camp Rooming Form is due by May 1st. A $100 late fee will be applied for forms submitted after the deadline. If you have questions or concerns, contact us at registration@bigstuf.com.

We assign each group’s rooms based on availability and discretion. If additional rooms are required (e.g., for Safe Sanctuary or extra space for a youth pastor and spouse), there will be an extra charge of $220 per night, and availability is not guaranteed. If you need a Safe Sanctuary room, please email registration@bigstuf.com immediately.

Room layouts:

  • Rooms for 5 people: 2 double beds and a sleeper sofa, or 1 king bed, sleeper sofa, and rollaway.
  • Rooms for 6 people: 2 double beds and a set of bunk beds.

Please note that not all rooms adjoin, and we cannot guarantee adjoining rooms.
