BigStuf Ministries is a 501(c)3 nonprofit. All camp registration payments are nonrefundable. A full or partial refund (minus deposits because those are always non-refundable) may be given if a student or leader has to miss all or part of camp due to the following situations: medical emergency, jury duty, military call to duty or a death in the immediate family, defined as parents, siblings and grandparents. Only the youth pastor or contact for a church/group may request a refund, and the request must be made between two weeks prior to or post the specified camp dates. A Refund Request Form must be completed and accompanied by proper documentation (i.e. doctors note, jury summon, etc.) in order to be considered for a refund. The Refund Request Form can be obtained by emailing email@example.com. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be left up to the discretion of the BigStuf staff.
STORE PRODUCT RETURN, EXCHANGE, & REFUND POLICY
You may return or exchange a product if it does not meet your expectations, has a manufacturing defect, was damaged during shipping, or was incorrectly sent to you. Any returned product must be currently in print and in sellable condition. Sales of electronic downloadable files are final and not refundable. Please note that all postage costs for returns must be covered by the customer. If you have received a faulty/defective item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line ‘Faulty Item.’
We recommend using registered mail as we cannot be held liable for any lost items in the post. You may return your item to the address provided below along with your invoice. For exchanges, please provide a note indicating the item(s) you would like instead. Exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value to the original item(s).
We do not offer cash refunds; however, if an item doesn’t work out for you, we would be happy to offer you a store credit that will go towards your next order once your item has been returned. The store credit will equal the total amount less shipping costs. Returned items must be postmarked within 20 days of the customer receiving the order. Items must be unworn and unwashed, and CDs/DVDs must be unopened. Discounted items are final sale and therefore non-returnable. Other restrictions may apply.
