The Journey Internship is a global discipleship experience for the next generation of Christ followers provided by Choose to Invest in collaboration with The 410 Bridge and Camp Highland. Choose to Invest works to provide experiences that awaken, disciple, and empower the next generation to know Jesus and make Him known. The 410 Bridge partners churches with communities in Kenya, providing an outlet to serve one another and administer God’s grace to a nation in need.

This is a 10-week experience, 7 of which are spent in Kenya. Our time will begin in the North Georgia mountains at Camp Highland as we walk through leadership and team training. While in 410 Bridge communities, you will have the opportunity to interact with local leaders, community members, and young children in and outside of the schools. After returning from Kenya, we will spend time together processing the journey God has taken each of us on and connecting that to our worlds at home and where God is calling each of us.
 
 

NOW ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR FALL 2012 AND 2013.

Cost:  Approximately $5800

• A week of leadership training in the North Georgia mountains prior to departure
• Seven weeks serving in 410 Bridge communities
• Kenya service trip includes airfare, lodging, ground transportation, and meals
• A debrief retreat after returning from Kenya
• One week of service in the greater-Atlanta area

**Choose to Invest will provide a resource packet to assist interns in raising support for the Journey Internship. This includes all deposit and funding information (funding benchmarks, strategies, support letter info, etc.) for the internship.
